Appointments at Raiona-Naturals are individually and firmly reserved for you. In order to ensure sufficient time for each counseling session, I kindly ask that you inform me in a timely manner if an appointment cannot be kept.
Cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment is of course possible.
Please inform me as early as possible so that the appointment can possibly be given to someone else.
The following regulations apply for appointment cancellations:
More than 24 hours before the appointment
The appointment can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge.
Less than 24 hours before the appointment
50% of the agreed session fee will be charged.
Less than 5 hours before the appointment or no-show
100% of the agreed session fee will be charged.
Appointments cancelled at short notice can usually not be reallocated. Therefore, this cancellation policy ensures fair planning and allows appointments to be kept firmly available.
By booking an appointment – especially through the online booking system – you agree to these cancellation terms.
