Appointments can be scheduled via the website, by phone, or by email.
A binding appointment is confirmed upon receipt of the appointment confirmation.
Raiona-Naturals e.U. reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments for important reasons. In such cases, an alternative appointment will be offered.
Appointments are reserved individually.
If an appointment cannot be kept, the cancellation policy published on the website applies. This is part of the GTC.
The fees are based on the prices published on the website or the individually agreed terms.
Payment is made – unless otherwise agreed –:
Participation in the offered consultations is voluntary and at the client's own responsibility.
Clients decide for themselves which content they share and which steps they want to implement.
Raiona-Naturals e.U. assumes no responsibility for decisions or actions taken based on the consultation.
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

Raiona-Naturals e.U. is liable only for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent behavior.
No liability is assumed for indirect damages or consequential losses.
Austrian law applies.
The place of jurisdiction is – to the extent permitted by law – the company's registered office.
Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
